Korsall

Korsall is the main world and continent setting: a vast landmass of gods, ancient powers, mountain realms, desert bargains, broken western plateaus, and hidden magical economies.

Korsall is the living world at the center of the setting. The current era is remembered as a long peace, but that peace rests on old treaties, divine restraint, political institutions, local secrecy, and mysteries that have not been resolved.

The continent is large enough to hold many cultures, histories, powers, and contradictions at once. The useful question is not whether something can exist in Korsall, but where it belongs, who fears it, who profits from it, and what it changes nearby.

Major public touchstones include the dwarven mountain realms, the human cities of the East, the Zyrakhan Desert in the South, the Shattered Steppe in the West, the elven North, and Isren at the sacred center.
